    The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the bill on page one, line 10, by amending the title of the bill to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §11-21-12 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to exempting certain income of disabled military veterans who have suffered a hundred percent total and permanent military service-connected disability from state personal income tax, for tax years beginning after December 31, 2012.”
